Hapy Birthday Gabe!!

Yesterday was Gabe's 5th birthday!!

I can't believe he is so old! He had a day full of birthday fun. He got to open his presents in the morning-optimus prime, floam, and some clothes.
Then he went to lunch with mom and dad at Brick Oven! When the servers were singing to him, I must admit I got a little teary eyed!

Later that night we had a transformers family party. We played a bunch of games and

then smacked around a pinata!

Gabe thought it was great and got lots of fun new things!!

So yesterday we went to Dennys for breakfast. Adam was sitting in a highchair wearing a bright blue Spiderman shirt and pants. A sweet little old lady came over and asked, How old is this beautiful girl Or is it a boy?

His hair isn't that long. I didn't think we'd reached the point of Adam looking girly.

What do you think? Should I just chalk this one up to old age and failing eyesight? His hair is just so soft and curly-I can't bring myself to cut it!

indoor soccer

Today was Gabe's last soccer game. He has been playing with his cousin Landon thru-out the month of January. He's done a great job and hasn't been scared to get right in the middle of other kids and kick the ball! We've had a GREAT time watching the team. Its so funny to see the kids who just turn and run the way the big group is and those who are more aggressive and actually want to kick the ball.

I wish I had a picture of one of the bigger kids on Gabe's team who was really aggressive. He cried every time the oppossing team scored a goal and would sometimes yell at our goalie. He was a trip to watch!

Its sure taken a long time and it has tried my patience. But it has finally happened...

Baby Adam calls me momma!

Not dadda or dah or whatever else he's been calling me-he's finally got it!

who can believe its 2008. the past year has gone by fast and this next year should be no different.
hopefully this will be a place to keep all our friends updated on the "intriguing" hijinks of the wolf family...hehehe
